DETOX AND GET RID STOMACH FAT WITH THIS
Today, however, we’re drinking it! As this apple cider vinegar drink is pretty potent, we’re diluting it with warm water and some other beneficial ingredients. Sure, you could just drink apple cider vinegar straight out of the bottle but that would be a very harsh way to start your day. It is much more enjoyable to make our morning detox tea.
To make our detox tea, simply warm up some water and mix in all your ingredients together in your mug. We recommend using a microwave-safe mug in case you need to reheat your drink later on. Make sure to use fresh lemon juice (squeeze it yourself!) as it has the most health benefits and is much more potent when fresh.

- 1 cup warm water
- 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
- 2 tbsp lemon juice
- 1 tbsp honey (or 1 tbsp of your favorite sweetener!)
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 dash cayenne
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients and stir.
